Low Season - March/October £150 (€200) per week
Mid Season - April/May/June/September   £200 (€265) per week
High Season - July/August £260 (€350) per week
Out of season rate - Nov - Feb £140 (€185) per week.

5% reduction on second & subsequent weeks booked at same time

  • Linen charge (when applicable*) £15 (€20)
  • Air Conditioning in Kitchen / Dining Room  £20 (€27.50)
  • Refundable security deposit (see Booking Conditions) £60 (€80)
  • Deposit on second key £30 (€40)

Bookings in excess of two weeks may be discounted by negotiation

Prices are for the whole house and include costs for water, electricity and gas.

Lettings are usually from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed.

*  Normally arranged only for those seeking additional laundry .

DIRECTIONS

By car: From Calais/Le Havre via Chartres/Clermont Ferrand - A75/N9 -Millau -Lodeve - D35 - Bedarieux - D13 - St.Gervais-Sur-Mare - D922 - St.Genies de Varensal.

By train: Eurostar to Paris or Lille; TGV to Montpellier (for same day service).

By air: Gatwick-Montpellier (daily flights),  Stansted-Carcassonne (Ryanair). There are also regular flights from many UK airports to Toulouse and Nimes
